Feeling upside down?
So how do you manage through difficult times, scary stories on the news, and no end in scientific sight?
If you do nothing else today, try this. It feels delicious…
You can be totally sucked into the fear vibe or you can sit quietly and focus on your HEART and feel the Presence of Love, there. inside you. Fear and Love cannot be felt at the same time. One is the cure for the other. I take time to connect to this LOVE inside me, often. It is not just a spiritual exercise. It is incredibly practical.
If you’re willing to just “sit, breathe, and receive,” within 5-10 minutes you can be calmed and feeling better.
It works especially well if you do the Vagus nerve breathing which is a slow inhale and then a very, very slow exhale, as if you are breathing out through a drinking straw. (In to the count of 4 out to the count of 6). It’s your dear little vagus nerve that tells your sweet body to rest and digest. It is your biological “you are safe” signal.
It works even better if you can do this outside, or near a little nature, such as a plant, a tree or hold a crystal, because nature’s energy is pure, unfiltered “Source in-form.”

What will be will be. I know my intentions, not only for myself, but for friends, loved ones, and all of you. I know my prayers for the world. I know the reality I’m creating.

I feel calmed, soothed peaceful, filled with more faith.
